Marianne Eigenheer

Marianne Eigenheer was born in 1945, in Lucerne, Switzerland. She lives in Basel and London and works as an artist, curator and academic. Her artistic work has been exhibited nationally and internationally since the 1970s. Major solo exhibitions include those at museums in Lucerne (1977), Graz, Austria (1982), Lyon-Villeurbanne, Bonn (1983) and Schaffhausen (1984). A significant group exhibition was “Aperto 80, Venice Biennial, organised by Harald Szeeman and Achille Benito Oliva.
